ACTUALLY EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL ROOMS WERE BIG , CLEAN AND BEDS WERE HIGHLY COMFORTABLE , Mr. ABDULLA THE MANAGER WAS VERY KIND AND PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL ASSISSTANCE AND ADVICE THAT MADE OUR STAY EVEN MORE ENJOYABLE. HONUR WAS NOT HELPFUL ONLU Y BUT VERY POLITELY RESPONDING TO GUESTS' NEEDS .

everything, this hotel must be the 1st choice for families in Istanbul , they really made you feels like home , the reception team was one of the best ever i saw in my life , would thanks all of them, abdullah . farahan , aziz , homoud and the very polite guy who is taking the night shift. they are doing the maximum to make your trip smooth and enjoyable . the cleaning team and the breakfast staff. all are smiling and welcoming the guests. this is my only choice for the upcoming trips . i cant forget the amazing location of the hotel where all location are very close vis the taxi and there is a lot of shops , restaurants and services within walking distance. dont think twice when booking this hotel .

Staff were very helpful and supportive, whatever was possible they arranged for us. Although we travelled to another city still we had their receptionists support to arrange car for drop off and pick up. The cleanliness was exceptional, they changed the bed sheet and pillow covers every day. The breakfast was prepared fresh daily that could cover all tastes. Staff named Sena and Gool were amazing.

Location is great , very close to Osmanbey metro station and Nisantisi , staff all are friendly and very cooperative , room cleaning is top exceptional , breakfast is very very good they just have to extend the time for the breakfast like Until 11:30 AM instead of 10:30 , Room is big , bathroom is big , bed is so comfortable , everything is great in this hotel for sure will only book with them in my next visit.

We stayed in Renata last year and chose to stay again this year for 6 nights without hesitating. The experience this year was as pleasant as last year, from a smooth check-in to a smooth check-out. We were allocated the same room as last year, which was a very nice gesture. The room was neat, clean and nicely designed. Bravo to whoever chose the colors and materials of the rooms and their furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent, much better than many 5 stars hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was very good with a fair variety of items to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of Osmanbey, very close to the metro and many buses lines. The hotel is really lucky to have an outstanding front desk gentleman called Abdullah who speaks fluent English (which is pretty rare in Istanbul) and who goes out of his way to satisfy guests’ requests. We even called him on our way to the airport when we realized we were being badly scammed by the taxi driver who had taken us on a 1.5hr drive far away from the airport, just to charge us a double amount (!!) and he fixed it by reporting him to the station. Special thanks as well to Ferhan who helped us with the luggage and greeted us at each breakfast with a big friendly smile.

It is extremely clean, people who are at reception or in breakfast area super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hassan, Abdula, Salem . It is good hotel for business travelers, for tourists like us it was important to have a large room , we stayed 9 days, we used subway a lot and it feels very safe in the neighborhood or metro. We recommend also Garden Iskander small restaurant one block from the hotel. It isn’t fancy, but a lot of local people go there for lunch and dinner. When you are going to attractions remember to dress appropriate, it is important

Lovely room, very spacious and well appointed. Lots of storage space. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Staff were very efficient, helpful & friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Good location, 5 minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro station

I'm thrilled with the exceptional hotel experience! The cleanliness is unparalleled, and the staff's friendliness toward my kids made our stay memorable. They promptly addressed our concern about the room location, providing a larger one at no extra cost. Amazing hotel with a very good location,very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly specially ms.Abdullah , the hotel manger was very nice to us , we are a family of 8 and they had our reservations cancelled by mistake , the hotel manger called us he apologized to us and reserved a 5 star hotel for us until the problem was solved we really appreciate it . Highly recommended 👌😊
